CALGARY, AB:  Peddie Roofing Ltd. has announced the company has expanded to occupy the entire head office and warehousing complex at 3352 46th Ave. SE, in Calgary, Alberta.  Prior to 2007, Peddie shared the space with another business. 

Additional space was required to accommodate management and office staff.  Expansion was made necessary by the rapid growth of the commercial roofing contractor during the past three years.  The company also maintains an office and support facility in Edmonton. 

President and CEO David Peddie attributes company growth to a strategic decision made several years ago to specialize in flat roofs.  He recalls, “We found that being all things to all people kept us from becoming the very best we could be in a single sector due to the dispersal of resources.  By focusing our expertise and energies in flat roofs, we have been able to refine our expertise in this area.”

The decision to specialize has made Peddie the leading flat roof contractor in Calgary, Edmonton, and Western Canada.  The company does new construction, retro construction, repairs, and maintenance.
